In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 The god33 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 21+
2.2 Each individual may hold only one Account on god33. The opening or use of more than one Account constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds held therein.
2.3 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, constitutes fraud and may be reported to relevant authorities.
2.4 god33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, and source of funds at any time. Accounts may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of verification.
2.5 Employees, directors, officers, agents, and contractors of god33 and its affiliated entities, together with their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold a Member Account.
2.6 You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. god33 makes no representation as to the legal status of online gaming in any territory other than those in which it is licensed to operate.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party.
3.2 god33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that occurs due to your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
3.3 You must notify god33 immediately via live chat if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation. god33 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the Account pending investigation.
3.4 god33 may, at its sole discretion, require additional verification before processing withdrawals, particularly where unusual login patterns or IP addresses are detected.
4.1 Deposits to god33 may be made via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect), and USDT. Minimum deposit is RM30 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page.
4.2 All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes. god33 does not operate as a financial institution and Accounts may not be used for the storage or transfer of funds for purposes unrelated to gaming on the Platform.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Standard withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets are processed within 30–60 minutes during normal operating conditions.
4.4 Withdrawals will be made to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. god33 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.
4.5 god33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network outages. Minimum withdrawal is RM50.
5.1 All promotional offers made available on the god33 Platform are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be stated in the promotion terms.
5.3 god33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not materially and adversely affect bonuses already earned by a Member in good faith.
5.4 Bonuses may only be claimed once per Member, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise stated. Evidence of systematic bonus abuse will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.
5.5 god33 reserves the right to reverse any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or applicable promotion terms.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on god33 are subject to the specific product rules applicable to that betting market or game. Sports betting rules, casino game rules, and slot terms are published within each respective product section of the Platform.
6.2 god33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where a palpable error in the published market is evident. Members will be notified and stakes returned where bets are voided.
6.3 In-play betting outcomes are determined by the result at the time of settlement. god33 relies on official data feeds from recognised sporting bodies; in the event of data feed failure, god33's determination of the correct result shall be final.
6.4 All live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of live dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of each respective game. RNG-based slot outcomes are generated by certified random number generators.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the god33 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Funds:

10.1 The god33 Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, god33 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform.
10.2 god33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.3 Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11.1 god33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, Members will be notified via the Platform or by email to the address registered on their Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
11.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to ensure they remain informed of any updates.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which god33 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be referred, in the first instance, to god33's customer support team for informal resolution.
12.2 Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration administered by an independent body appointed by our licensing authority, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
